Foundations vs Core
Where Foundations ends and Core begins
Foundations gives you the Vitaluxe protocol and the accountability structure to execute it yourself. Vitaluxe Core is something different — a fully managed executive health function where we coordinate physicians, specialists, and your day-to-day implementation. Foundations is the protocol. Core is the protocol plus the entire executive function around it.
Most Foundations clients are not Core candidates, and that's by design. Foundations is its own product, complete in itself.

Health Audit & Kickoff.
A 60-minute session with your Vitaluxe coach. We build your protocol from your audit data, your wearable trends, and your stated outcomes.
Receive your protocol.
Within five business days of your kickoff, you get your Foundations Protocol document and your community access.
Execute.
Monthly group call, async coach access, monthly data review, quarterly refresh. The system runs as long as you do.
The standard
The Vitaluxe standard
Foundations is held to the same standard as everything else under the Vitaluxe brand. Your protocol document, your coach's attention, and the quality of the work we put into your case file are not scaled down because the tier is different. What changes between Foundations and Core is the delivery structure — not the standard of the work itself.
