VitaluxeCoach Hub Delivery Lead

Today's duties
The standing daily loop. Reinforce the Vitaluxe system on every touch — the client should feel they're inside a program, not dependent on any one person.
Run the day
Sunday-night gate: all session reports submitted before the week closes. That's the input Cody's Monday review runs on — every card is only as good as what you hand in.

Run this on every client, every session. Three beats: prep, deliver, log.

Data hygiene: "Mike Gordon / Judith E" = Mike Gordon; plain "Mike Training" = Michael Albrecht (different person). Pete's work is in Kate's files. Always pull the full Fathom transcript, never the summary. Heads Up Health is upload-only — no connector.
Foundations · Your book
Foundations — this one's yours
The 1:1 clients you ramp into over the coming weeks. Foundations is different — it's the tier you own from day one. This is where the job stops being "shadow Cody" and starts being "build something together." Your book, your cohort, your call whether it becomes real.
The mandate
Foundations is deliberately thin right now — a founding cohort we're building, not a machine we're running. You're being paid to build the tier, not just staff it. Get the founding members in, get them executing, and get them across the 90-day line. Do that and you've built a recurring-revenue product with your name on it.
What it is
The entry tier — real protocol, monthly coaching, a community doing the work, without the full concierge layer.
Founding rate locked at $99/mo (vs $149 standard) for the founding cohort; converts to the $150/mo subscription at day 90.
Founding cap of 25 seats · expected landing ~20.
Async and systematized — "use any gym for the equipment, use us for the results." Not 1:1 in-person.
How you run it
GHL structured forms for data — not Heads Up Health (that's Core/Elite). Consistent units, every field, every time.
Weekly 60-second pulse — doubles as the retention touch.
Monthly deeper check-in — feeds the member's report.
Build reports by hand for the first 5–10 members before we automate anything.
The one event that makes or breaks the tier — the 90-day cliff. Roughly 8 of the ~20 founding members are funded by someone else for only three months. At day 90 that money stops, and keeping them means converting them to $150/mo on their own dime. That's nearly half the cohort hitting the survival cliff at the same moment. Your whole job in the first quarter points at that day. Your bonus is built on it by design.

One lever Cody sets in today's session: the top band (~$800 at ~20 members) is the "Foundations is a deliberate investment" setting — paying you fairly to build it while it's thin. The alternative pays smaller stipends and a fatter conversion bonus — same total across the year, but it points you at retaining rather than building. Numbers on this tab are the working model; final figures land in the contract today.
VLX-DAK-002 · Submit Sunday night
Coach session report
One per client, weekly, by Sunday night. Six fields — maps one-to-one onto the Coach Report Summary on each Weekly Client Card so Cody's Monday transfer is mechanical, not interpretive.
Note: this in-page form is a working template. On the hosted version these submit and land on the client card automatically — until then, this mirrors the writable VLX-DAK-002 PDF you fill on the iPad.

Handoff
The ramp
Shadowing isn't the job — it's phase one of a handoff that ends with you owning a book on a revenue-share. This is the destination.
Phase 1Shadow
Observe every session across tiers. Absorb the system, brand voice, data workflow. Goal: describe each client's arc back to Cody.
Phase 2Co-lead
Run sessions and check-ins with Cody present or reviewing. All programming reviewed. Goal: reps with a net.
Phase 3Lead w/ oversight
Own Core / Foundations solo; Cody spot-checks and co-owns Elite. Goal: default face for the mid tiers.
Phase 4Own the book
Own delivery for your assigned roster on a revenue-share. Cody reviews Elite programming + relationship touchpoints only.

How We Run — Operating System
The standard. Enforceable, every role, every day.
The 1-24 — Respond within the hour, act within the day.
Do the reps — Hit your daily activity floor before anything optional.
Important over urgent — Needle-movers before noise. Don't let the inbox set the agenda.
Attack the constraint — Find the one thing blocking everything else — and go at that first.
K.I.S.S. — Keep it simple. Simple scales; clever breaks.

Daily Execution Check
Today's scorecard
The activity that makes the number. Hit the volume standards daily — the shows and closes follow from the reps, and the reps are the part you control.
The gate: comp is protected by a month-1 client survival gate. Book qualified, book real — a no-show or a churned month-1 client doesn't count. Quality of the appointment is the job, not just quantity.

GHL
Outbound cadence
The structured multi-touch sequence every lead runs through. Consistency beats intensity — a lead worked on a system converts better than a lead chased on a whim.
The loop
New lead: first touch within the hour (1-24 rule). Call first, then text/email.
Days 1–14: multi-touch cadence across call, text, and email — spaced, not stacked. Each touch advances or disqualifies.
Every touch logged in GHL so the pipeline shows the true state, and the next touch is obvious.
Booked → confirmed → reminded so shows hold. Reconfirm the day before.
Compliance: follow the cold-outreach rules on identification and opt-out — every message, no exceptions.
Confirm live: the exact touch count, timing, and channel order live in the GHL setup (VLX-CAD-01). Upload it and I'll drop the precise day-by-day sequence in here.

Base for showing up and working the standard, bonuses for the outcomes you drive. Front-end only — recurring revenue belongs to delivery. Numbers marked with a dash are confirmed live with Cody.

Survival gate
Protects against bad-fit sets
Clawback if the client doesn't survive month 1
Why it's built this way: per-shown rewards booking real appointments (not vanity sets), per-close aligns you to fit, and the month-1 gate means you win when the client stays — so you're incentivized to book the right people, not just fill the calendar.

Booking-call frame
The job on the call is one thing: earn a qualified, kept appointment. Not to pitch the program — that's Cody's call.
The frame
Open with relevance — name, why you're reaching out, the specific reason it fits them.
Social proof, lightly — the caliber of who Vitaluxe already works with.
Qualify — is this someone Vitaluxe can genuinely help, and is now the time.
The ask — a specific next step: the Health Audit / Blueprint call with Cody, on a real date.
Lock it — confirm the time, set the expectation, promise the reminder.
Upload the originals — the founding-setter job posting, phone-screen rubric, and the warm/cold script templates — and I'll load the exact language here so you're reading from the approved versions.
